Contract signed for the implementation of the project “Procurement of services for the protection and control devices”

On 22.05.2020. The Agreement on the realization of the project "Procurement of services for the protection and control devices" was signed with Elektroprenos BiH.

Study of the connection of the Zenica Toplana d.o.o. to the HV grid

ArcelorMittal Zenica d.o.o. hired CET Energy to develop a study for the connection of the Zenica Toplana d.o.o. to the transmission grid and related activities to obtain the necessary permits for the construction and commissioning of the newly formed company.

In December 2019, the first phase of the project was completed, the Elaboration of the technical solution for the connection of the Toplan Zenica Connector d.o.o. to the transmission grid approved by ISO BiH and Elektroprenos BiH a.d. Banja Luka.

Signed contract with JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. – Sarajevo

Consortium of Companies: General Engineering d.o.o. Sarajevo, CET Energy d.o.o. Sarajevo, ELCOM d.o.o. Tuzla, MIBO KOMUNIKACIJE d.o.o. Sarajevo and NAVITAS ENGINEERING & AUTOMATION d.o.o. Sarajevo, has signed a contract on the realization of the project: Procurement of telemetry equipment in the function of integration of TS in SDNIU for the needs of JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. - Sarajevo Electricity Branch Offices: "Elektrodistribucija Mostar", "Elektrodistribucija Sarajevo", "Elektrodistribucija Zenica", "Elektrodistribucija Bihać" and "Elektrodistribucija Tuzla".

Contract with JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. – Sarajevo on elaboration of the study

The contract “Elaboration of studies on the causes of ferroresonance on a 35 kV network for the needs of the Branch of the Kakanj Thermal Power Plant Kakanj”, signed with JP Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. - Sarajevo.

During the implementation of the contract, the following activities were carried out: 

  • The required volume of the 35 kV network has been determined, which may have an adverse effect on the power transformer at the 123 kV TPP Kakanj 
  • In cooperation with the Client, the necessary data of the network components required for analysis and modeling were collected
  • Part of the 35 kV network in the respective software package (EMTP-ATP) was modeled 
  • Measures to prevent the occurrence of ferroresonance have been proposed.

Successfully completed contract with the Federation of BiH Environmental Protection Fund

On 17th December 2019. The project "Air Quality Monitoring and Analysis System in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Based on Artificial Intelligence Algorithms and Cloud Technology" was co-funded by the Environmental Protection Fund of the Federation of BiH.

The following activities were carried out: preliminary design of a measuring station with the possibility of connection to a cloud service, prototype of a measuring station and implementation of a cloud service, testing of the whole system, implementation of machine learning algorithms for the purpose of prediction of basic parameters of air quality, proposal of the structure of an expert fuzzy system for making action decisions and proposals for systematic measures to cover the wider geographical area with proposed metering stations.

In addition, the results of the project were presented at the scientific / professional conference 14. Consultation of BH K / O CIGRE, within the study committee C3 - System and environment.

Contract for the implementation of the project “Integrated Smart solutions for better living” with UNDP signed

On 31.12.2019. an Agreement on the implementation of the project "Integrated Smart solutions for better living" was signed with UNDP, as a result of the UNDP project Smart City Initiative.

This project is integral solution and unique in such way that results from these three systems will show synergy and interconnection between them. The project assumes installation of already tested and operational systems and this fact is lowering overall deployment risk.

The solution consists of pollution metering devices communicating with cloud based predictive monitoring software. Proposed air pollution management system brings environmental intelligence to enterprises, cities and institutions. The system will indicate current and historical air pollution data and statistics, provide air pollution prediction valuable for preventive actions, and serve as very important input toward future plans, actions and regulations in the city toward reduced air pollution. The systems will bring precise and reliable air pollution metering publicly available, provide air pollution prediction which will allow citizens and institutions (schools, companies…) to act accordingly with precautions. Hyperlocal Air Pollution Management Solution will give valuable input for community and institutions in order to further shape the whole city system toward lower air pollution level.

Smart Parking system consists of highly precise car positioning sensors which will further communicate with corresponding cloud based parking management system, allowing authorities to manage the parking space, and users to effectively use the parking service.

Smart Street Lighting system consist of LED luminaires, individual luminaires communication devices which will communicate to corresponding cloud based Street Light monitoring and management system. Such a system will show significant savings on using LED instead od conventional bulbs, and show additional efficiency by using street light system automation system.

On 31.12. 2019. an Agreement on the implementation of the project "Hyperlocal Air Pollution Management Solution and Smart Parking system" was signed with UNDP, as a result of the UNDP project Smart City Initiative.

The solution consists of pollution metering devices communicating with cloud based predictive monitoring software. Proposed air pollution management system brings environmental intelligence to enterprises, cities and institutions. The system will indicate current and historical air pollution data and statistics, provide air pollution prediction which will allow citizens and institutions (schools, companies ...) to act accordingly with precautions. Hyperlocal Air Pollution Management Solution will give valuable input for community and institutions in order to shape the whole city system toward lower air pollution level.

The parking system will show positive effects of on reduction of traffic congestion through specific traffic management, and significantly affect reduction of air pollution.

Contract signed for the implementation of the project “Reconstruction and expansion of the transformer station TS JUG in the company Arcelor Mittal Zenica”

CET Energy d.o.o. Sarajevo signed a contract on the realization of the project: Reconstruction and expansion of the transformer station TS JUG in the company Arcelor Mittal Zenica.

PROGRESS ON IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT CO-FINANCED BY THE FEDERATION ENVIRONMENTAL FUND

Following the signing of the Grant Agreement with the Environmental Protection Fund of the Federation of BiH, on 21th March 2019. the CET Energy project team d.o.o. worked on the implementation of project activities for a project called "Air Quality Monitoring and Analysis System in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Based on Artificial Intelligence Algorithms and Cloud Technology".

The realization of the project progresses according to plan and the preliminary design of the measuring station with the ability to connect to the cloud service has been completed. More information about the project is available through the contact form on the CET Energy d.o.o.
